![]() It covers the black, cyan, magenta and yellow used in all inkjet printers and also the photo/light cyan and photo/light magenta used is some specialist photo printers. ![]() This page is the one I would advise using as a first port of call as it will use much less ink but is still capable of diagnosing most print quality problems. The two pages are actually very similar and one is simply a slimmed down version of the other as we realise ink isn’t the cheapest of substances. ![]() So today I thought it would be a good idea to share with you two of the pages we use here at Refresh and give you a brief explanation of what each section is designed to check. Most problems can easily be solved there and then with a simple bit of troubleshooting, so it is always handy to have a good test page at our fingertips. Unfortunately if someone has brought it in for us to have a look it normally means they are experiencing problems with the machine. The most common printer that enters our trade counters is the humble inkjet printer by a long way.
